摘要:
頁巖氣井水平段下套管對于螺紋連接的可操作性、疲勞性能、拉伸/壓縮性能以及螺紋連接極限作業扭矩等提出了很高的要求。通過旋轉下入生產套管方式可以有效減少因水平段摩阻產生的軸向阻力。這種方式可最大程度減少套管屈曲變形風險,在壓裂及投產前確保整個管柱順利下入,減少管柱負載。討論了關于不同方式下套管所面臨的挑戰,介紹了通過旋轉下套管方式達到設計井深的典型案例,同時介紹了為實現安全成功完成管柱下入進行的輔助分析。
Abstract:
Casing installation in horizontal shale gas wells brings a set of challenges for the connections related to connection runability, high cycle fatigue, tension and compression performance as well as connection torque limits. Rotating the production casing string reduces excessive axial drag stemming from friction in wells with longer laterals,which minimizes the risk of buckling, enables the installation of the string in the entire wellbore and imposes less stress on the tubulars prior to hydraulic stimulation and production. Challenges associated with casing installation by different methods are discussed. A case study from a shale gas play is presented where casing rotation was used to reach the designed well depth. In addition, preand postinstallation engineering analysis aids are expounded for the safe and successful installation of tubulars in horizontal wells.
