摘要:
頁巖氣生產套管在壓裂施工作業過程中損壞變形,是影響國內頁巖氣井生產建設的主要原因,分析和明確套損的主要原因是解決套管損壞的重要手段。通過實物試驗和有限元計算相結合的方法,分析研究了生產套管承受各種載荷的能力,并根據分析結果,針對性地提出了解決方案。頁巖氣井生產套管變形是多種復合載荷共同作用下,套管承受的載荷超出管體的極限承載能力所致。選擇高鋼級生產套管有助于提升套管承受復合載荷能力;復合管串設計可以有效降低高鋼級套管的使用成本,降低高風險段的套損率。
Abstract:
Shale gas production casing damage and deformation during fracturing construction is the main factor affecting domestic shale gas well production and construction. Analyzing and clarifying of the main reasons for casing damage is important to solve this problem. The article analyzed the ability of the production casing to bear various loads by a combination of physical testing and finite element calculation, and proposed solutions according to the analysis results. Casing deformation was caused by combined loads under the service conditions which exceeds the casing′s load bearing capacity. Selection of high strength casing can enhance the combined load bearing capacity, and design of combined casing string can reduce the casing damage rate and production cost.
