摘要:
熱采井是采用熱蒸汽或者火驅的方法提高地層原油溫度、從而提高油井產量的一種油井。由于高溫引起熱采井用無縫套管的膨脹導致套管發生斷裂、屈曲和泄漏等各種失效;趹兝碚撛O計的熱采井用無縫套管,包括基于應變設計的管體材料和基于應變設計的特殊扣螺紋,更加適用于國內外熱采井。
Abstract:
Thermal recovery well is a type of oil well that uses hot steam or fire flooding method to increase the temperature of the crude oil in formation to improve the production. Due to the high temperature, the expansion of the seamless casing in thermal recovery causes the casing pipe to break, buckle and leak. The seamless casing based on strain design, including pipe body material and premium threaded connection, is more suitable for thermal recovery wells at home and abroad.
